The cupcake topper printables come in a larger set you can use to make your own cupcake bar or to decorate a party fast. I recommend printing these on cardstock. They will be sturdier and hold their shape better than when using average printer paper.
There’s no better way to decorate a DIY cupcake bar or station than a cute menu sign. It prints on regular U.S. Letter paper (8.5″x11″). If you want to cut it to 8″x10″ and frame it, that’s also possible. There’s plenty of white space surrounding the design.
This printable cupcake menu sign is editable. I filled it with some of my favorite cupcake recipes, and they can be easily changed if you open the PDF with Adobe Reader or another PDF reader.
Two sheets of printable cupcake wrappers are included. The floral and geometric designs are suitable for any party or event, and the cupcake wrapper templates are easy to cut with a pair of scissors once you print them.

Are cupcake tags edible?Edible cupcake tags exist, but if you plan on purchasing them, make sure their label actually mentions the fact they’re safe to eat. Also, check for an expiration date to make sure the product is still fresh.
Alternatively, you can print the gift tags in our free set and skip the edible ones!
What do you print cupcake toppers on?Ideally, you want to print your toppers on cardstock paper. It’s sturdier than regular printer paper and allows the toppers to better hold their shape.
Why would I need a cupcake liner template?Cupcake liners are a great way to prevent cupcake batter from getting stuck to the pan and avoid a mess you’ll have to clean up later. They are easy to find in grocery stores, home decor stores, and online.
If you don’t have any, you can make your own cupcake liners from parchment paper. You can use a 5-inch circle as a template which works for the standard-size cupcake pan. Alternatively, you can simply cut the parchment paper in 5-inch squares.
