If you already have an original or certified copy Texas birth certificate that was issued after the year 2000 all you have to do is mail or drop off at our Austin, TX office your birth certificate along with our expedited Texas apostille order form and a prepaid return FedEx or UPS shipping label so we can mail all your documents back to you.
If you don’t have your original or certified copy Texas birth certificate yet (or it was issued before 2000) you will need to order another one from either Texas Vital Records/Texas Vital Statistics or from the Texas county where you or your family member was born at.
